SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS The Delran Township Schools Board of Education is looking for a dynamic leader who is willing to commit to the nearly 3,000 students in a community that takes pride in the fact that Delran receives annual recognition as being one of the top places to live and raise a family in New Jersey. The Delran Township Schools has a long tradition of excellence and is seeking an educational leader who:
Possesses a sophisticated understanding of teaching and learning within an involved and diverse community that has high expectations of academic performance for all students; Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Has building level administrative experience and a record of successful teaching or related experience. Preferred candidate has three (3) years of experience as Superintendent of Schools or Assistant Superintendent/Central Office Administrator. Must hold or be eligible for New Jersey School Administrator Certification. A complete profile of the desired characteristics of the successful candidate can be found at the Delran Schools website.
