The position's responsibilities include:
Build up the Adult Faith Formation program though conference, bible studies and special events; To train, coordinate, and support volunteers and leaders of ministries to increase parish involvement, using multimedia and social media.
Encourage evangelism by developing, organizing, and evaluating parish ministries to equip Catholics in knowledge and increasing understanding of their faith and Baptismal call.
Organize or support retreats, recruit volunteers for social events, including but not limited to parish missions, retreats for men and/or women, Feast Day celebrations, coffee and Donut Sundays, and Christmas giving programs (Adopt-a-family).
Other duties as required.
Although being a Catholic is not a requirement for this position, knowledge and acceptance of Catholic practice and belief is.
Salary will be based on education and experience.
