We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses.
As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort customers to their tables and provide them with menus.
Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to customers with a high level of attentiveness and efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy of orders and promptly address any discrepancies or issues.
Monitor and anticipate customer needs and promptly respond to requests or concerns.
Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer dessert or beverage suggestions.
Prepare and deliver accurate bills to customers and handle payment transactions in a courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling payments.
Positive and friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food or beverages.
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service principles is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
